Visitors are required to comply with the following terms; please read them carefully before using the website or submitting a service request. The website integrates messengers (such as WhatsApp) for order processing and communication with the Administrator or Performer.

2. Disclaimer

The content of this website, lectures, masterclasses, consultations, Telegram bots, and other digital products of INTERLIFECOACHING S.R.L. is for educational and informational purposes only. The Performer is not liable for the Customer's interpretation or use of this information, nor for any results (direct or indirect) obtained. The Customer assumes full responsibility for their actions and consequences. No specific results are guaranteed.

3. Intellectual property

All materials are the property of INTERLIFECOACHING S.R.L. It is prohibited to copy, broadcast, or use recordings and correspondence outside the scope of service provision. Content (text, images, audio) is protected by copyright. You may not broadcast, modify, or distribute any materials without express written permission and clear citation of the source.

4. General terms and conditions

Services are provided on a fee-paying basis. Costs and descriptions are provided on individual service pages. Payment is made via secure online links on a 100% prepayment basis. Failure to prepay results in loss of service access. Confidentiality of client identification data is strictly maintained.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.

6. Definitions

• Performer — INTERLIFECOACHING S.R.L. (Irina Chikunova).
• Customer — you.
• Desired Result — a goal worked toward jointly, which cannot be guaranteed by the Performer.

7. Agreement conclusion

The Customer agrees to be truthful and provide necessary information (briefs, questionnaires) in the required format.

Late Policy: participation is the Customer's responsibility. Services may be terminated without refund if the Customer fails to attend or attempts to cancel less than 24 hours before the start. The Performer is not obligated to extend time or guarantee results.

8. Ordering system

The website schedule is indicative. Booking is performed via messenger. Confirmation is provided through personal communication.

9. Pricing

The Performer may change prices unilaterally. Prepaid services will be honored at the original price until completion.

10. Payment methods

Payments are processed through secure gateways based on the payer's region:

• International payments: processed via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) using encrypted protocols.
• Regional payments (CIS/RF): processed through an authorized payment agent — IE Irina Chikunova, Armenia. All obligations and terms apply regardless of the payment method.
• Invoicing: available upon request with Customer identification data.

11. Refund and cancellation policy

For consultations, groups, and masterclasses

To receive a full refund, you must request it no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start. To avoid ambiguity: 24 hours means exactly 24 hours. (Example: if a service starts Wednesday at 09:00, the deadline is Tuesday at 09:00.) Requests made less than 24 hours before the start are non-refundable.

For digital products and digital content (recordings, guides, bot access)

Security and termination

The Performer reserves the right to terminate services without refund if the Customer poses a threat to the Performer or their business. Threats or verbal abuse result in immediate termination.

Time zone: all services are scheduled in the Performer's time zone (GMT+2/GMT+3, Romania).

12. Confidentiality and security

The Performer will not disclose client info to third parties unless required by law. Correspondence and materials are for the Customer's use only and remain the Performer's intellectual property. Public display or reproduction of recordings/correspondence is prohibited.
